You will serve a frontline role in customer service, enhancing the shopping experience and ensuring members have access to high‑quality produce at a low cost. What You’ll Do Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of produce; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; educate associates; provide customer service; remain flexible to business needs; track goods; maintain in‑stock levels; control shrinkage. Be an Expert: Understand produce quality specifications; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to standards; ensure product safety and sanitation; follow regulations and company policies. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage adoption. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; apply inventory management techniques; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; guide peers; attend to customer needs. Be a Talent Ambassador: Represent the department and club; model high quality service; execute fundamentals at the highest level; display energy, commitment, and passion. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics; use the Open Door Policy; apply these in executing business processes. Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change.
