This role translates business needs into scalable solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or 5+ years equivalent experience5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (development and/or administration)Experience within Microsoft 365 ecosystemExposure to Agile and DevOps environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementMust be able to complete and pass post-employment checks to include, but not limited to, background, drug and educationRESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with business stakeholders to understand and support system and technology needsAssess impact of project and system changes on business operationsRecommend system enhancements and improvementsAdvise stakeholders on system inputs, processes, and outputsDefine project plans and timelines; align expectations with stakeholdersDevelop and communicate detailed functional and technical specificationsCreate reports, timelines, and visuals to track progress and communicate outcomesMaintain documentation and support testing of system changesCollaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful deliveryAnalyze system issues and drive root cause resolutionSupport data analysis, testing validation, and user requests from client databasesAct as liaison between business, IT, and external vendorsStay current on industry trends, standards, and best practicesPREFERRED SKILLS:Dynamics best practicesApplication development best practicesAbility to process complex problems and complex dataProfessional presentation and communicationCI/CD PrinciplesAzure DevOps practicesHigh-level customer serviceBENEFITS:401k with matching, pension plan, excellent health insurance
