Work Schedule Monday: Near North Oakwood Shore 11:30am - 8:00pm Tuesday: Near North Kostner 11:30am - 8:00pm Saturday: Neat North Kostner 9:00am - 1:00pm Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and promptly. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or at least 3 months of experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience. Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or training program must come from an accredited agency. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Pay Range $17.50 - $24.50 per hour. Benefits Comprehensive benefits for employees scheduled 20 or more hours per week, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement and employee stock purchase plan. 401(k) only for employees scheduled less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees.
