Key Responsibilities

Content & Brand

• Contribute to the content strategy and communications calendar aligned with strategic goals and target audiences, leveraging content across various formats, lengths, and publishing frequencies.
• Develop a deep understanding of Pi Network's values, mission, and differentiators.
• Conduct ongoing industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and content gaps, and write authoritatively about Pi Network.
• Help improve marketing strategy and brand positioning across communication channels.
• Evolve Pi Network's voice, tone, messaging, and thought leadership.

Writing & Channels

• Produce clear, compelling, and persuasive copy for campaigns, market updates, and product communications.
• Write and edit blog posts, announcements, social media content, and long-form articles.
• Develop and execute social media content and campaigns.

Creative Production

• Create basic graphic design assets, including social media graphics and simple marketing visuals.
• Perform basic video editing for short-form and informational content.

Organization & Operations

• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks, deliverables, and priorities.
• Monitor and report on content and channel performance, including GA4, social media metrics, SEO, and GEO.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal communications and marketing processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or branding, preferably within the technology and/or Web3 industries.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical concepts.
• Experience developing marketing strategies and strengthening brand positioning.
• Ability to manage and create content across multiple channels simultaneously (blogs, social media, campaigns, etc.).
• Proficiency with relevant AI tools and workflows.
• Ability to analyze content performance and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Interest in cryptocurrency, Web3, or emerging technologies (deep expertise not required, but genuine curiosity is).
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
