Qualifications 3+ years of experience in corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions and securities law J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance; high class rank preferred Admission to the New York State Bar Excellent research, writing, creative thinking, and interpersonal communication skills Our firm offers a comprehensive package that includes: competitive base salary performance-based bonus program business origination compensation healthcare benefits Target Hiring Range: $145,000 - $185,000. Actual compensation will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education/training, and relevant skills.
