Busy multi-site specialty medical practice seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Practice Administrator to support daily operations across multiple Virginia locations.

This position is ideal for someone with strong healthcare operations experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently, and is comfortable supporting both administrative and clinical office workflows.

The Practice Administrator will assist with staffing coordination, scheduling oversight, workflow consistency, supply management, and day-to-day operational support across offices. This individual should be proactive, professional, adaptable, and willing to step in wherever needed to support the team and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across multiple office locations
• Assist with provider and staff scheduling coordination
• Help maintain efficient clinic flow and daily office operations
• Support front desk and clinical staff with workflow and problem resolution
• Assist with training and onboarding of employees
• Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate ordering
• Help maintain consistency with office policies and procedures
• Support communication between providers, staff, and leadership
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency
• Assist with special projects and office initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Prior medical office or healthcare operations experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Professional demeanor and leadership mindset
• Comfortable traveling between office locations
• EMR experience preferred
• Specialty practice experience preferred

Schedule & Travel

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday
• Travel between Virginia offices required
• Mileage reimbursement provided for interoffice travel
