Job Description

La Griglia is seeking an experienced, passionate Grill Chef to join our professional kitchen team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced fine dining environment, and is committed to consistency and excellence.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of fine dining line cook experience
Extensive experience working a grill station
Skilled in butchering and fabricating meats and fish
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and high food quality under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence
Positive attitude and a true team player
