Summary: Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to support strategic objectives and operational improvements. Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation. Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams. Support testing, training, and deployment of new systems or enhancements. Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
