About the Role

The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Financial Officer to join their dynamic team. This senior finance leadership role is pivotal in supporting the CFO and driving financial strategy, performance, and control across a complex, multi-entity business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated financial reporting, as well as overseeing cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships. Maintaining strong internal controls, compliance, and risk management is essential, as is partnering with operations on strategic initiatives and financial modeling. The role also involves monitoring KPIs, leading and developing the finance team, and managing audit and tax coordination with external partners. Applicants for the Deputy CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA being preferred. A minimum of 8 years' progressive finance leadership experience is required, with a strong background in multi-entity or franchised environments. The ideal candidate will possess advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of GAAP, controls, and compliance. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills are also a must, as the role involves acting as a deputy to the CFO when necessary and driving continuous improvement in systems, reporting, and financial processes.
