Delevan is part of Regal Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RRX), a global leader in motion control and power transmission solutions.**Position Overview:**We're looking for a **Production Planning Manager** to lead the planning and execution of our production schedule, ensuring materials, resources, and capacity are aligned to meet customer commitments while maximizing operational performance. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Production, and Customer Service to drive efficiency, improve delivery performance, and support business growth. The role responsibilities are based on overseeing and executing the master production schedule while balancing demand, inventory, capacity, and supply chain needs.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead the development and execution of the master production schedule to support customer demand and business objectives.* Balance production capacity, inventory levels, material availability, and lead times to optimize manufacturing performance.* Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Production, and Sales teams to align priorities and ensure flawless execution.* Analyze constraints, identify risks, and develop solutions that improve throughput and schedule adherence.* Monitor key performance indicators including service levels, inventory performance, and on-time delivery* Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen planning processes and operational efficiency.* Lead, develop, and mentor scheduling team members while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.**Required skills and qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.* 5+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling* 1+ years of management experience required* Manufacturing industry experience required* Experience working with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions.**Physical Demands:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
