This role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills, including experience with PLCs, AC motors and drives, automated valves, flow meters, and technical schematics, along with hands-on troubleshooting ability. This role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills, including experience with PLCs, AC motors and drives, automated valves, flow meters, and technical schematics, along with hands-on troubleshooting ability.This position supports a 24/7 manufacturing site, two R&D facilities (sweet and savory), a Quality Control lab, an administrative building, and broader facility needs such as plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, grounds maintenance, furniture assembly, basic IT support, and event setup.## ## Key Responsibilities• Perform emergency, corrective, and preventive maintenance• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility issues• Use CMMS (MaintainX) to document work orders and maintenance activities• Coordinate with vendors to source parts and services• Maintain critical spare parts inventory• Support cross-training and team development• Contribute to continuous improvement and facility upgrade initiatives## ## Professional Experience and Qualifications• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food, dairy, or pharmaceutical preferred)• Experience with liquid processing and spray drying systems preferred• Ability to read P&IDs, PFDs, and electrical schematics• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Experience with CMMS systems preferred## ## Education• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred• Preferred: Trade school diploma, military training, or an associate degree in a technical field### The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors.
