You will help build, troubleshoot, and repair our games, attractions, and technical equipment while delivering unparalleled guest service. Requirements Here’s what we’re looking for: Working knowledge of electro‑mechanics. Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams. Troubleshooting down to the component level and performing repairs. Excellent communication skills to deliver friendly, available, and memorable guest service. Strong sense of urgency and a “you got it” attitude. Ability to teach others and build knowledge among the team. Must be at least 18 years of age. Physical Demands To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, you must be able to: Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. Work off an extension ladder. Operate in a noisy, fast‑paced environment with distracting conditions. Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time. Read and write handwritten notes. Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
