Product Marketing Manager North - Remote (US) Join our mission to build the largest suite of credit card processing and merchant services. As a Product Marketing Manager, you are critical to the success of the product. You use your deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, merchant services, processing flows, and competitive landscape in order to create and communicate compelling product stories. You will integrate AI tools into your day-to-day workflow to streamline GTM execution, accelerate market research, draft customer-facing collateral, and scale GTM strategy. This is a cross-functional role, and will work closely with Product Management, UX/UI, Engineering, Customer Service & Tech Support, Sales, and other internal teams throughout the discovery, delivery, and go-to-market process. You will ensure that appropriate multi-channel content, enablement tools, training, and messaging are developed to best position the product to both internal and external stakeholders. Develop and refine customer-centric product messaging, positioning, and value proposition designs tailored to merchant needs and buyer journeys. Conduct continuous market and competitive intelligence to track industry trends, analyze competitive dynamics, and uncover product positioning opportunities. Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) execution and pilot programs, defining target personas and gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform feature improvements prior to launch. Manage multi-channel product marketing activities and collateral for product launches, including app store assets, email campaigns, blog posts, social media, demo scripts, FAQs, and videos. Partner with cross-functional teams to build and maintain comprehensive support and training materials, including knowledge base articles. Champion the merchant and customer perspective to ensure a stable, secure, and seamless payment processing experience BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 5+ years experience in Product Marketing, preferably within financial services, fintech, payments, SaaS, or tech-enabled B2B environments.
• ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Gemini, CoPilot, Perplexity) to accelerate research, draft high-quality content, automate repetitive tasks, and scale GTM initiatives efficiently.
• Must be a creative product thinker who connects daily marketing execution back to business goals and product strategy.
