Paramedic - CCT

Certified Critical Care Paramedic responsible for providing advanced emergency medical care and transport for critically ill or injured patients. Responsibilities Respond to emergency calls, assess patient conditions, and administer advanced life support interventions. Transport patients safely while monitoring and providing necessary care during transit. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, emergency personnel, and healthcare teams. Maintain accurate patient care reports and ensure emergency vehicle and equipment readiness. Educate and reassure patients and families in crisis, adhering to safety and legal protocols. Interpret medical instructions, lift/move patients in challenging environments, and participate in ongoing education. Qualifications & Skills Current NYS Licensed Paramedic with BLS, ACLS, PALS (or within 3 months of hire), and CCEMT-P, CCT-P, or FP-C certification. Valid driver’s license. Experience in 911 and inter-facility transport preferred. Ability to work in hazardous environments, lift heavy objects, and remain calm under pressure.
