Employees are part of a global network with a strong focus on safety and sustainability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training, or a related field. Previous experience in manufacturing. Responsibilities Responsible for development and delivery of technical training programs for all levels of the manufacturing facility. Create instructional materials, including training manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other multimedia content. Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional technologies to enhance training effectiveness. Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in technical knowledge and skills. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) for e-learning, testing, qualifications, and evaluations. Conduct onboarding training for all new hires and facilitate smooth transition. Ensure employees complete appropriate qualifications for their positions. Develop a competent workforce with hands‑on training methods in the work area. Conduct retraining for employees exhibiting behaviors contrary to training or SOPs. Review progress reports with Production Supervisors and Managers regularly. Develop and complete 30, 60, and 90-day benchmarks for trainee performance and status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
