Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities in accordance with our standards in order to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care. Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit. Apply principles of growth and development over the life span, assess data reflective of the patient’s status, and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to his or her age‑specific needs. Plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with our standards to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care as described in the Patient Care policies and procedures. Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. Qualifications Job Requirements: ADN Current Oklahoma RN License BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. may be required on certain units #J-18808-Ljbffr Ardent Health Services
