Home Care Aide Job Summary Rapha Homecare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Aide to join our non-medical home care team in Marysville, CA. As a Home Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to improve the quality of life for our clients by providing friendly and compassionate care. We offer a variety of shift options, including overnight, 12-hour, live-in, and short shifts, with both part-time and full-time positions available. Responsibilities Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and helping with exercise Provide basic food preparation, such as preparing meals, shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, and other errands Offer back-up care (or respite) services to provide relief for other caregivers Provide friendly and compassionate care to clients Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients Requirements Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or Senior Companion Education: Level of Education: (n/a) Additional Requirements: Ideal candidates will have their own vehicle, a cell phone, and/or computer.
