This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, operational environmentThis position plays a critical role in supporting logistics from the warehouse to the field, helping ensure that every event is fully equipped and executed successfully.Position OverviewThe Warehouse & Logistics Associate will take ownership of the full lifecycle of supplies, from receiving and organizing inventory to preparing and shipping materials for events. This role requires someone who is comfortable working both physically in a warehouse setting and operationally within systems and processesKey ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Inventory Management (60%)Manage the full lifecycle of supplies including receiving, organizing, packing, shipping, and returnsPrepare and stage materials for events, ensuring accuracy and readinessMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environmentTrack inventory, manage stock levels, and support restocking as neededPerform quality checks on outgoing and returned materialsSupport light fabrication/prep work (cutting, organizing materials, etc.)Event Logistics Support (20%)Assist with logistics planning and coordination for eventsCoordinate shipments, deliveries, and local pickupsSupport loading/unloading and transportation of materialsCommunicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure event readinessVolunteer Engagement (10%)Support and help coordinate volunteers assisting with warehouse operationsAssist in preparing materials and organizing volunteer shiftsOccasionally support on-site event execution (limited frequency)Facility & Equipment Maintenance (10%)Maintain warehouse tools, equipment, and overall workspaceIdentify and resolve operational or facility-related issuesEnsure safety and organization standards are consistently metQualifications1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory managementHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a hands-on, physical roleStrong time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProactive, reliable, and solution-orientedStrong communication skills and team-oriented mindsetAdditional RequirementsMust be 21+ with a valid driver's licenseComfortable (or willing to learn) to drive a cargo van or small box truckOpen to occasional evenings, weekends, and travel (6-10 times per year)Must be local to the Baltimore area (commute is a key consideration)Preferred (Not Required)Experience with event logistics or supply coordinationExperience working with or managing volunteersFamiliarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or inventory systemsWhy This RoleOpportunity to convert to a permanent position quickly (60-90 days)Join a fast-paced, mission-driven organization making real impactHands-on role with variety across warehouse, logistics, and eventsCollaborative, high-energy team environmentThis is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in organization, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to contribute to a meaningful and growing organization.Please submit your resume in Word format for immediate consideration!You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
