Schedule Nights, 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) with weekday and weekend requirements. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care settings and will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to manage a diverse patient population. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with various medical-surgical conditions. Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and document care in EMR (Cerner). Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care. Maintain compliance with all hospital protocols and nursing best practices. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting. Active RN license (WV or compact state) required; pending licenses may be accepted. Current certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS. Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
