Earn up to $1,500 - $1,800 weekly to start - flexible home time - quality equipment - W2 RoadStar LLC is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to join our growing fleet. We've been family-owned and operated for over 25 years and believe drivers deserve respect, honest communication, and consistent miles - not to feel like just another truck number. If you're looking for a company where dispatch knows your name, equipment is well maintained & nicely tailored to your needs, and where management is accessible, we would love to hear from you. We do also consider SAP drivers on Step 6 for hiring!

What We Offer
- Earn up to $0.60 CPM to start based on experience
- Paid hourly for local and short-haul work, where applicable
- Weekly direct deposit
- Flexible home time (weekly or bi-weekly)
- Late-model, well-maintained Freightliner Cascadias and trailers
- Automatic Transmission, power inverter, and refrigerator in every sleeper tractor
- Health, dental, vision and life insurance available after 90 days
- Paid time off after 1 year (1 week), 2 years (2 weeks)
- Driver referral program

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Safe driving record
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment requirements
