Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay

$15.00 - $19.80 per hour

• Shift Differential Available for Eligible Shifts
• $400 Lump Sum Bonus Upon Successful Completion of the Probationary Period
• Employee Referral Bonus Program
• Opportunities to Bid on Higher-Paying Positions After 90 Days

Available Shifts

1st Shift

6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

2nd Shift

3:00 PM - 12:30 AM

3rd Shift

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Work Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Saturday
• Overtime may be required based on production needs

Job Description

As a Food Production Team Member , you will play a vital role in the production of quality meat products enjoyed by consumers across the country. Production Laborers support manufacturing operations by assisting with product preparation, packaging, inspection, and movement throughout the facility while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency.

No previous food production experience is required. Training is provided.

Essential Job Duties

• Operate or assist with production and packaging equipment
• Package, label, and inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Move materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Load, unload, and transport products as needed
• Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals
• Follow all company safety and security procedures
• Perform general labor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Work in a cool manufacturing environment
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Work overtime and weekends when needed
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and dependability
• Follow all safety, quality, and security procedures

Additional Requirements

• Pre-employment drug testing required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
