Posted: May 28, 2026 Full-Time Locations Hillsdale Hospital 168 S Howell St Hillsdale, MI 49242, USA Work Schedule and Shift Premiums Full Time (Nights) 7:00 pm to 7:00 am | 36 hours/week, including every other or every third weekend 2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hour Weekend premium is an additional $2.00/hour RNs are eligible for a payment of $5,250 on their student loan Paid Time Off: vacation and holidays Retirement: 403(b) with match Education assistance and continuing education - many courses offered on-site at the hospital Qualifications Valid Michigan RN license At least one year of OB Labor and Delivery experience required Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred but not required BLS required, ACLS, NRP, and TEAM certifications required within one year of hire – all are available through Hillsdale Hospital Responsibilities Taking vitals for the mom and baby Administering medication Monitoring contractions Identifying complications during labor and delivery Communicating the mom’s condition and needs to the Physician Coaching the mom during labor and delivery Caring for the mom after she gives birth Caring for newborn Participating in unit specific/hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and assisting with activities that enhance quality of nursing practices Why Hillsdale Hospital Hillsdale Hospital is dedicated to excellence in healthcare community service, continued improvement, and respect for human life.
