Apogee Signs is a leading sign company based in Midway, FL, just west of Tallahassee. We specialize in the design, production, and installation of high-quality signage for a diverse range of businesses. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, professional, and personable  Remote Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, organizing schedules, following up with prospects and customers, and helping create new business opportunities.

As a Remote Appointment Setter, you will communicate with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and other approved communication channels. You will help identify customer needs, provide basic information about our services, and schedule appointments or consultations for members of our sales team.

The ideal candidate is confident, organized, friendly, persistent, and comfortable communicating with customers in a professional manner.

$26.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

• Contact prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and approved communication channels.
  
• Introduce customers to Apogee Signs and provide basic information about our services.
  
• Identify customer needs and determine appropriate next steps.
  
• Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up calls for sales representatives.
  
• Confirm appointments and maintain accurate scheduling information.
  
• Follow up with prospects and customers as assigned.
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, appointments, and follow-up activities.
  
• Update customer and prospect information in company systems.
  
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams regarding scheduled appointments.
  
• Answer basic questions and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  
• Meet assigned outreach, follow-up, and scheduling goals.
  
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.

• Ability to build rapport with customers and prospective customers.

• Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace.
  
• Previous sales, customer service, appointment-setting, or call-center experience is preferred but not required.
  

• Appointment-setting or inside-sales experience.
  
• Customer service or call-center experience.
  
• CRM software experience.
  
• Lead generation or prospecting experience.
  
• Telephone and email communication.
  
• Calendar and scheduling software.
  
• Sales support or business development experience.
  
• Experience in the sign, printing, advertising, construction, or service industries.

This is a fully remote position. The successful candidate must be able to maintain reliable internet connectivity, communicate effectively with customers and team members, attend virtual meetings as needed, and consistently meet assigned goals and deadlines.

Occasional travel or in-person meetings may be requested for training, team meetings, or special projects.
