Instructor- Sonography/Ultrasound and Clinical Coordinator Full Time Media, PA, US Salary: $85,000.00 Annually Title: Full-Time Instructor- Sonography/ Ultrasound and Clinical Coordinator Department: Academic Affairs Reports to: Program Director Job Status: Full Time- In Person Position Summary The Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, supporting student success, maintaining compliance with accreditation standards, and contributing to curriculum development and program growth. Key Responsibilities Teaching Teach assigned courses and provide student tutoring. Identify and support at-risk students through the Early Intervention System. Conduct clinical/work-site visits as appropriate. Maintain daily attendance records. Submit mid-term and final grades according to college requirements. Recommend instructional materials and textbooks. Stay current with industry trends and evidence-based practices. Develop assignments that support course learning outcomes. Create hands-on learning experiences reflective of real-world practice. Review and update curriculum as needed. Participate in special projects assigned by the Program Director. Student Support Maintain regular office hours for student advising and consultation. Participate in student retention initiatives. Assessment & Accreditation Assess student learning outcomes in accordance with established assessment plans. Support CAAHEP accreditation, compliance, and institutional effectiveness initiatives. Ensure adherence to safety standards and ethical practices. Participate in accreditation reviews and Middle States activities as needed. Contribute to the achievement of the College's strategic goals. Professional Representation Represent the College professionally in public settings. Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and external partners. Qualifications Preferred: Master's Degree Associate Degree 3 years of professional experience 2 years of teaching experience Current licensure (if applicable) Active involvement in professional organizations or activities Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with learning management systems such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
