A full-service industrial contracting and construction company headquartered in Decatur, IL is looking for an Receptionist .

Qualifications for Receptionist

2-3 years of office clerical experience
Familiarity with office concepts, practices and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good data entry speed and accuracy
Experience in purchasing would be a plus
Mathematical, spelling, and grammar skills are needed

Responsibilities for Receptionist

Answering multi-line phones
Opening and distributing incoming mail
Distribute vendor invoices to department managers
Preparing daily deposits from checks received
Entering purchase orders
Resolving price or quantity discrepancies
Dealing with confidential information
Keeping filing current
