Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified CVOR Registered Nurse to join the cardiovascular surgery team on a 13-week travel assignment. Candidates will provide specialized perioperative care for cardiac surgery patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care to cardiovascular surgery patients.
• Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license with at least 1 year of cardiovascular surgery experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CVOR nursing procedures and patient management.
• Able to work scheduled hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
