The ideal candidate will be a Financial Controller with manufacturing and job costing experience who enjoys both the operational and strategic aspects of finance, including month-end close, reporting, cash flow management, and supporting business decision-making.

The Role:

• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee cash flow, job costing, AP/AR, and financial controls
• Support leadership with financial analysis, ROI, and strategic decision-making
• Manage audits, compliance, and ERP-based reporting (Epicor preferred)
• Supervise the Assistant Controller and support wider finance operations
• Monday-Friday with flexible start times

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven Financial Controller or senior accounting experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Manufacturing or job costing experience preferred
