CRE Loan Workout & Special Assets Analyst

Flagstar Bank in New York, NY is seeking a Loan Workout/Special Assets Analyst for Commercial Real Estate to manage distressed CRE/multifamily loans, support reporting and litigation, and help preserve principal while preventing charge-offs. You will perform market research, underwrite credits with emphasis on liquidity and cash flow, develop financial models for restructurings, and prepare credit memos.
