Job OverviewA law firm seeks an Employment Transactions Associate in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in company-side labor and employment law matters, with a focus on transactional and counseling work within the Corporate/Private Equity practice. Duties Conduct employment-related diligence on M&A transactions. Provide day-to-day employment advising and contract drafting. Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and staff. Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles. Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff. Travel as required for client meetings and business development. Requirements 4-6 years of experience in labor and employment law. Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred. Admitted to practice in the state of California. Education JD degree required. Certifications Admitted to practice in California. Skills Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
