Job Description and Salary ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a labor & employment associate to join its 2nd to 4th year class in either its Los Angeles or San Francisco office. The associate will work in a fast‑paced, dynamic team supporting major national companies. Responsibilities and qualifications: Strong research skills Experience in employment advice and counsel Drafting policies and employment‑related agreements Litigation experience, including restrictive covenants, single plaintiff claims, and class actions Traditional labor experience is a plus Excellent research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Strong academic record Good standing membership in the California Bar The good‑faith base salary range is a minimum of $225,000 to a maximum of $275,000 per year. The actual rate will depend on years of experience, education, bar admissions, and overall qualifications. Additional compensation may include a comprehensive bonus program and discretionary incentives.
