Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Red Bank, NJ We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team! PT Schedule: OPEN HOURS 10-14 NHRS WKLY Key Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one support to an independent individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This includes taking them to the store, doing laundry, shopping, budgeting, and exploring the community. Support participation in small outings and community‑based activities. Create and maintain a positive, person‑centered approach to care. Ensure the safety and well‑being of the individuals at all times. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record. Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening. Ability to work legally in the United States. Comfortable with community‑based support and engaging in local outings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Person‑centered mindset with a positive attitude and open‑mindedness.
