Machine Operators
We are hiring Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This hands-on position involves operating and supporting die casting machinery, performing basic machine maintenance, and ensuring quality production in a safe, team-oriented environment.
Shift Schedule
1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM / 6:30 AM - 3 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11 PM / 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Note: Mandatory overtime may be required. The facility is currently operating 7 days per week, offering consistent hours and additional earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor die cast manufacturing equipment
- Load aluminum ingots into production machines
- Perform basic machine maintenance, including lubrication, oiling, and cleaning
- Remove metal shavings using compressed air tools
- Conduct visual quality inspections of finished parts
- Perform minor finishing work, including filing and deburring
- Remove scrap material and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Transport finished products to staging areas
- Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting
- Comfortable working in a warm, noisy industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Excellent attendance and reliability
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude or experience operating industrial machinery
- Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team
