Work Environment

Located within a fully equipped hospital facility, our rehabilitation clinic offers a state-of-the-art environment conducive to patient recovery. Our on-site setting allows for direct communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals, enabling us to implement cohesive treatment strategies for our patients. Typically, the work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, though some flexibility may be required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and executing individualized treatment plans that enhance patient mobility and promote recovery.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities designed to restore physical well-being and alleviate pain, ensuring proper technique and safety.
• Educate patients on essential body mechanics and home exercise programs tailored to their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Perform therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation and ultrasound, adhering to safety protocols as outlined by supervising therapists.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking improvements in strength, range of motion, and overall functional capabilities.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are ready for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, including Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists, to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Offer emotional support and motivation to patients, creating a positive atmosphere that encourages their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all patient interactions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
