Work Environment

Working onsite from Monday to Friday, you can expect a structured schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility and functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities tailored to promote physical well-being and recovery.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques, providing them with home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery.
• Administer physical therapy modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and document patient progress, including tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional performance.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure that all therapeutic equipment and supplies are organized and accessible for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists—to design optimal care plans for patients.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients, fostering a positive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
