Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, establishing a tailored treatment plan based on individual assessment findings.
• Implement and monitor evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine-related care.
• Utilize advanced physical therapy modalities and therapeutic techniques to effect positively in patients' functional capabilities, in line with the physician's plan of care.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service that enhances patient experience and satisfaction, directly contributing to the clinic's overall effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes through coordinated care and communication.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers, empowering them to participate actively in the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.

Compensation and Benefits
