Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and clinical assessments.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to facilitate patient recovery and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously in our electronic health record system, adjusting treatment based on evidence and patient feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, injury prevention practices, and necessary lifestyle modifications.
• Stay current with advancements in orthopedic physical therapy by engaging in continuous education and applying innovative techniques to patient care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care strategies and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on diverse orthopedic cases, including post-operative rehabilitation for joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy, particularly focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong clinical skills, particularly in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
