Our team is composed of highly qualified professionals, including two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), who collaborate to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Work Environment

This full-time position requires onsite work in a supportive and collaborative environment. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a structured work schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to recognize their goals and specific needs.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that employ a variety of techniques aimed at improving mobility, strength, and function.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring high-quality, personalized care.
• Utilize manual therapy skills to address pain and movement dysfunction effectively.
• Encourage patient engagement by motivating them throughout their recovery journey, promoting adherence to exercise routines and lifestyle changes.
• Document patient progress meticulously using EMR software such as WebPT, ensuring accurate and accessible treatment records.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Provide education on injury prevention and healthy living to empower patients in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, encompassing a diverse patient demographic ranging from active athletes to individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Demonstrable expertise in manual therapy techniques and developing effective exercise programs.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT, for patient documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients and encourage a supportive environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
