Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, determining their rehabilitation needs and goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific patient challenges and promote successful recovery.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and exercises, ensuring they are appropriate to each patient's condition, particularly in orthopedic cases.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as required for optimal outcomes and maintaining detailed records of evaluations and therapies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and postoperative rehabilitation techniques.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and care methodologies, documenting treatment plans, billing information, and progress notes accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
