Work Environment

You will work onsite in our state-of-the-art outpatient office, equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and modalities to assist in your practice. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to accurately assess their physical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Collaboratively develop customized treatment plans based on assessment findings, addressing each patient's individual needs, goals, and preferences.
• Implement hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual therapy to facilitate recovery.
• Guide patients through their treatment journey by educating them on posture, body mechanics, and strategies for injury prevention.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Work alongside other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting all treatment interventions and patient outcomes in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our outpatient setting, you will cater to a diverse clientele experiencing conditions such as back and neck pain, osteoarthritis-related joint pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, or neurological disorders. You will develop therapeutic relationships that empower patients to overcome physical limitations and achieve their rehabilitation objectives. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Strong skills in critical thinking, assessment, and creating individualized treatment strategies.
