Revival Performance Physical Health Therapy is looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to become a vital part of our Orthopedic Outpatient Office located in Demarest, New Jersey. As a full-time therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients suffering from a range of orthopedic conditions. Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients as you provide care in a supportive and professional clinic setting. Our team works Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a structured schedule that allows our therapists to balance patient care with their professional development. You will be working in an environment where patient care is the top priority, and you will have access to cutting-edge facilities and resources to aid in your practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed initial assessments of patients to evaluate their physical capabilities and limitations using a variety of standardized assessment tools.
• Collaborate with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that focus on achieving their specific functional goals through evidence-based practices.
• Administer therapy techniques for patients with a diverse range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders, ensuring that each treatment plan is individualized.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education strategies to optimize recovery and empower patients.
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR software, specifically WebPT, to maintain comprehensive medical records and track rehabilitation milestones.
• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management and seamless transitions across different facets of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with predominantly present orthopedic conditions requiring rehabilitative care. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain, or experiencing functional limitations due to injury. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; however, candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy are preferred.
• An active New Jersey State Physical Therapist license is mandatory for practice.
• While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, we welcome new graduates who demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for learning.
• Demonstrated manual therapy skills are essential, along with a strong proficiency in using electronic medical records systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly valued, particularly with advanced rehabilitation techniques.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• An understanding of patient education principles to effectively communicate plan goals and rehabilitation processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
