Work Environment

Located in the heart of Ramsey, NJ, our facility boasts a modern and fully equipped rehabilitation space designed for comfort and efficiency. You will be joining a multidisciplinary team of experienced therapists and staff within a busy and dynamic clinic setting. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, underlining our commitment to work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, goals, and the latest clinical research.
• Conduct hands-on therapy sessions utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate recovery.
• Regularly evaluate and document patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education, developing personalized recovery and prevention strategies to empower patients in their rehabilitation journeys.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure continuity and quality of care throughout the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. The role requires compassion and strong interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with patients of all ages, from adolescents to seniors, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey to restore mobility and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and proficiency in manual therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, for efficient documentation and treatment tracking.
• No prior disciplinary or board actions against your professional license.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and develop positive patient relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
