This full-time position is based in our orthopedic outpatient office, where you will play a vital role in helping patients regain movement and functionality following various orthopedic conditions. Work Environment

At our outpatient office, you will find a collaborative atmosphere that encourages teamwork and innovation. You will be supported by a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering best practices in rehabilitation. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify physical limitations and contributing factors to their conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient, ensuring the use of appropriate techniques and interventions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and patient education to facilitate recovery and manage symptoms effectively.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring all interventions remain aligned with recovery goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and impact patient outcomes positively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records using EMR systems, preferably WebPT, to ensure compliance with guidelines and effective communication among team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Human Touch Rehab Center, you will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient population may include individuals of all ages who are working to regain their strength, mobility, and independence following interventions related to musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular issues. Your expertise will aid in comprehensive rehabilitation efforts tailored to their unique challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation of knowledge and skills.
• An active Physical Therapy license in New Jersey, demonstrating your qualification to practice within the state.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, highlighting your familiarity with various orthopedic conditions and therapies.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with a keen ability to adapt these skills to meet patient needs effectively.
• Experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, notably WebPT, to facilitate efficient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
