Medical ReviewerPay Range: $70 to $90 an hour.Client Industry: PharmaceuticalJob Mode: RemoteDuration: 6 months contract with potential extensionJob Summary: The Medical Reviewer will support U.S. Medical Affairs activities within the Immunology therapeutic area, with a strong focus on Rheumatology. The role will provide medical and scientific oversight for promotional and medical materials while ensuring alignment with applicable standards and regulations. The position will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, and other cross functional teams throughout the review process. The ideal candidate will have strong Medical Review experience, Rheumatology or Immunology expertise, and hands on promotional material review experience. Experience with Veeva PromoMats and established pharmaceutical Medical Review processes is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Provide medical and scientific oversight for the review and approval of promotional and medical materials.Review promotional claims, supporting data, references, and medical content for scientific accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with Medical Affairs leads to ensure promotional and non promotional materials align with medical strategy.Partner with Commercial and Regulatory teams throughout the promotional review process.Provide medical and scientific expertise to support product and disease area knowledge.Serve as a liaison with cross functional teams to incorporate current medical information into departmental resources.Participate in Regulatory, Commercial, and cross functional meetings.Support additional Medical Affairs initiatives and medical review activities as needed.Required Qualifications:Proven experience as a Medical Reviewer within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.Strong Rheumatology therapeutic area experience.Strong Immunology experience may be considered when Rheumatology experience is limited.Hands on experience reviewing promotional materials and MLR content.Experience with U.S. promotional material review.Experience supporting U.S. Medical Affairs.Strong medical and scientific knowledge within Rheumatology or Immunology.Ability to collaborate effectively with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, and cross functional stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Veeva PromoMats.Experience with JAK inhibitors or IL 23 therapies.Previous experience with established pharmaceutical Medical Review processes.PharmD or MD degree.Masters degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related life sciences discipline.Experience supporting both U.S. and international teams with recent U.S. promotional review experience.Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - As Applicable
