Job Summary Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!) Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family. Oversee the full breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met. Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members. Part‑time role: Tuesdays‑Thursday evenings and Saturdays‑Sundays, 25 hours per week. Responsibilities Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum. Deliver outstanding customer service and membership experience. Ensure program quality meets The Little Gym International standards. Oversee training and evaluation of team members. Qualifications You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s. You have a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics. You live to serve and help others be their best. You have excellent communication with children and their parents. You are positive, energetic, and can also focus on work when needed.
