We want to grow our collision repair business within our customer base and other opportunities in our area. Candidates must possess a "can do" attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Our facility has the latest equipment including:2024 GFS paint boothAll required welding equipmentData measuring systemAir conditioned facility for summer efficiencyFord certified master technicians to support repairsOver 12 bays to serve our customersLoaner vehiclesManagement responsibilities:Best in class service experience for our customersEmployee development and hiringWorkflow in our facilityDaily meetings including other departmentsGrow relationships with insurance companiesClose and balance repair ordersEnsure collection of receivablesMaintain shop competencyBenefits:Compensation potential is based on experience, talent and effort ($70,000 - +$100,000)Great benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offPaid parental leave401(k) with company match
