This is a structured entry point into healthcare and education staffing, aimed squarely at people early in their career.The first 13 weeks are a formal training programme covering the fundamentals of recruiting: sourcing candidates, screening them, selecting and placing. You are also trained on compliance, sales technique, HR processing and how the company is organised. During the training period the role is compensated at $22.27 per hour.At the end of the 13 weeks you take your first promotion into the Recruiter 1 role. From there the common path is into business development as a Business Development Manager, which is a sales career with a clear progression ladder.An undergraduate degree is preferred, in business, marketing, management, communications, public relations or healthcare administration, or alternatively a licensed RN credential.
