Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is looking for someone with 2- 3 years of recruiting experience to help us with our recruiting efforts. We recruit for Catholic Cemeteries and Funeral Homes across the United States - interesting and rewarding work! Work from home as an independent contractor earning an hourly rate with the availability to visit a few sites. Work time would vary from approximately 10 to 30 hours per week Hourly Rate is $35 an hour Contract would be for 6 months Responsibilities: Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Screening resumes Performing phone interviews with candidates Administering appropriate company assessments Performing reference and background checks Making recommendations to hiring managers CFCS is a nationwide organization providing management, turnaround, and start-up services to the Catholic Church's cemetery and funeral ministries.
