The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours, ensuring exceptional guest service, and completing daily financial and accounting tasks. When you join our team, you'll become part of a company that values teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional guest service.What you will do on a Nightly basisProvides professional and courteous guest service at all timesAnswers telephone calls courteously and efficientlyRegisters and assigns room(s) to guestsAnswers inquiries regarding hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directionsComputes bills, receives payments, and makes change for guestsPrepares an accurate Daily ReportPosts ancillary charges to guest folios (food, liquor, room, telephone)Promotes any current hotel and franchise marketing programsCommunicates with the next shift and informs ops manager/gm/maintenance about any overnight incidentsRequirementsWhat we are looking forPrevious hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions.Basic accounting, bookkeeping, or cash-handling experience is a plus.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Comfortable using hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.Schedule: 11pm - 7am Friday, Saturdays, and other shifts as neededPreferred QualitiesPositive, outgoing personality.Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Passion for hospitality and helping others.No prior hotel experience is required—we're happy to train the right candidate!
