Advance and Events Coordinator

Jon Ossoff for Senate is hiring an Advance and Events Coordinator for the 2026 election cycle. The role will report to a Deputy Operations Director and work across teams to help plan and execute successful campaign events in Georgia. This position is based in Atlanta, GA and works full time in-office. The Advance and Events Coordinator will conduct site visits, scout event locations, coordinate procurement of event supplies, staff events, provide logistical support, and other duties as assigned to support a robust fall campaign event schedule. The ideal candidate should have extreme attention to detail and experience communicating between different teams to ensure all event needs are met. A successful candidate can work quickly in the rapidly changing environments of a statewide campaign and tactfully manage competing tasks. Responsibilities Work with the operations team to travel throughout Georgia to advance and staff events to achieve campaign goals Secure venues, supplies, and support in execution of events to achieve campaign goals Compile and organize tracking of event supplies, logistics, cross-departmental deliverables at events Support staffing plans and staff travel logistics for trips Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Operations Director Qualifications A minimum of 1-2 years professional experience working on campaigns or within political organizations Experience staffing and executing political events, preferably at a large-scale Customer service mindset: extremely thoughtful in interactions with stakeholders with a problem solving attitude Ability to manage several tasks/projects at the same time while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and good follow-through on tasks Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites Must have a drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle Compensation $5,500/month dental vision health insurance Jon Ossoff for Senate is committed to diversity among its staff and recognizes that its continued success requires the highest commitment to hiring and retaining a diverse staff that provides the best quality services to our mission.
