Accounts Payable Coordinator

AB Energy USA is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator in The Woodlands, Texas, supporting operations in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. This is intended to be a junior-level role with growth potential. DEPARTMENT : Administration, Finance & Controlling

REPORTING TO:

Hierarchical reporting to the General Manager USA Functional reporting to International Accounting in Italy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Payables Enter daily foreign exchange (FX) rates into SAP Receive and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders (POs) and MIGO documents Obtain and file transport documents Create accrual objects in the Accrual Engine for deferred/accrued expenses Verify and posting cost to be accrued Verify vendor down payments Clearing vendor accounts and review open vendor items (primarily managed by bank accounting) IC Reconciliation of vendor open items Maintain paper and electronic filing systems Expenses Notes Receive, review, and post expenses reports Verify corporate credit card statements Clear employee vendor accounts and verify open items Verify and communicate reimbursement amounts Maintain paper and electronic filing systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Fluency in English required

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

• 2–3 years of accounting or accounts payable experience
• SAP and other ERP system experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Fully in-office at our headquarters in The Woodlands

COMPENSATION
